Beginning and Biography
Bianca Gascoigne: English glamour model and T.V personality born on 28 October 1986. She is the daughter Sheryl Failes, the former wife of the famous English footballer Paul Gascoigne, who adopted Sheryl's two children . Besides her brother, Mason, Bianca Gascoigne also has a half-brother, Regan Paul Gascoigne.
Bianca Gascoigne made it to the newspapers when she lifted the lid on the alleged abuse of her mother Sheryl by her stepfather Paul Gascoigne and her growing up in an atmosphere of domestic violence. Her relationship with her father went on a downward spiral then onwards, with Paul Gascoigne even going to the extent of claiming that he did not acknowledge her as his daughter any more. Their estrangement did not last long and they soon patched things up. Bianca Gascoigne stated that she was devastated when Paul Gascoigne was detained under the Mental Health Act. She asked the media to respect his privacy following his hospitalisation in May 2008. Paul Gascoigne was inspired by his daughter Bianca Gascoigne in his struggle to beat his addiction to alcohol in the Priory clinic.
Bianca Gascoigne first came to the limelight in 2006 as a contestant in the ITV reality show, Love Island, which was set in Fiji. She went on to win the contest along with Calum Best, former fashion model-turned-television personality. She appeared on two episodes, one in 2006 and the other in 2007, in the British television music talent show The X Factor, meant for aspiring singers drawn from public auditions.
In 2008 Bianca Gascoigne also featured in an episode of the ITV2 reality series CelebAir, in which eleven famous personalities perform duties of the cabin crew and check-in attendants. She also appeared on The Podge and Rodge Show, a chat show produced and broadcast by RTÉ, Ireland’s Public Service Broadcaster.
In July 2008, in a celebrity special of the television show Gladiators, Bianca Gascoigne competed against fellow glamour model, Danielle Lloyd. Bianca Gascoigne emerged triumphant in event held in support of a charity for domestic violence. That year, between 15 to 18 July, she also presented Big Brother's Big Mouth, a show, in which fans and celebrity guests talk about the latest events happened in the Big Brother House.
In addition to TV shows, this British model has also appeared on the covers of several popular magazines, including Maxim, FHM, Loaded, Nuts and Zoo Weekly. Bianca Gascoigne featured on the front cover of Loaded, a British magazine for men that is considered to be the "original lads' mag" in September 2006. In January 2007 she appeared on the cover of Nuts, the first ever weekly lads’ magazine to be published in the UK. She also made it to the cover of another weekly men's magazine, the Zoo Weekly in August 2008. Besides these magazines, Bianca Gascoigne frequently appears on tabloid newspapers, thanks to her active social life.
